A thief-catching-machine was invented in Japan and tested in various parts of the world.
The results were very interesting!
In USA, it caught 30 thieves in 30 minutes;
In UK, it caught 20 thieves in 35 minutes;
In Kenya, it caught 30,000 thieves in 20 minutes and;
In Nigeria, the machine itself was stolen in just 5 minutes!!!
